      Current Weather:

Croatia is an increasingly popular destination and has something for everyone: an impressive collection of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, medieval walled cities and towns, ornate churches and palaces, stunning natural beauty of National Parks, crystal clear seas and pristine beaches, all to discover on your voyage.

Join an exclusively chartered 7-night cruise sailing from Dubrovnik to Omis. Newly built for the 2020 season, the intimate MB Ohana motor vessel offers stylish yet casual cruising (no sails). It is not a luxury cruise ship, no formal dining, no ball gown or dinner jacket required, just comfortable casual clothes. Kick off your shoes, sit back and relax as you explore the coast and islands of Croatia with up to 36 like minded guests. The casual feel is continued with breakfasts and light lunches served buffet style. A true highlight of small ship cruising is no overnight sailing, providing the opportunity to enjoy the evening ambience in a local restaurant or Konoba (tavern) ashore. Swim stops are made when possible in picturesque bays, another advantage of this style of cruising. An optional walking tour package is available to pre-book, or you can book separately whilst on-board. Plus a few excursions are offered from some of the ports visited.

      Day 2 - Dubrovnik / Slano (B, L)

If this is your first visit to Dubrovnik or you are returning, you will be awed by the beauty contained within the ancient walls of the old city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. It is truly beguiling; explore the labyrinth of limestone streets and alleyways, teeming with palaces, churches, monasteries and picturesque piazzas. You can join an optional guided walking tour* or explore the old town independently.

Dubrovnik nobility and captains picked the small town of Slano for their summer estates. Explore this quaint seaside settlement on your own or join an optional tour** “Taste of Dalmatia” to the town of Ston, known for potent wines, ancient salt production and succulent oysters and mussels.

*Dubrovnik town tour with a coach transfer from Dubrovnik port (Gruz) to the Old town – optional walking tour package **Optional excursion: Taste of Dalmatia

      Overnight: Port of Slano

      Day 3 - Mljet / Korcula (B, L)

Sail to the green island of Mljet. The national park on the island is the home of two salty lakes connected to the sea via a narrow canal. Nature enthusiasts are able to hike or cycle here, and even kayak to the small islet in the center of the lake, with its charming 12th-century Monastery of St. Mary. There is an optional excursion** available.

A swimming stop will be made en-route to Korčula. Korčula was a Venetian stronghold and the alleged home of the world renowned traveller Marco Polo. Explore the charming walled old town or join the guided walking tour*.

      Overnight: Port of Korcula

      Day 4 - Korcula / Hvar / Vis (B, D)

Enjoy a breakfast with a view and a morning sail to Hvar, officially the sunniest of the 1200 Croatian islands. This jet-set favourite, is also the island with the most UNESCO-listed heritage sites in the world, so to discover interesting facts consider joining the optional guided tour*.

In the afternoon, we sail to the island of Vis, the most distant from the coast of all inhabited islands in Croatia. Closed off to the public for the larger part of the 20th century for its role as an important Yugoslav military base, Vis and its nature remain incredibly preserved even today. The captain will dine with guests on board this evening.

*Hvar walking tour – optional walking tour package

      Overnight: Port of Vis

      Day 5 - Vis / Sibenik (B, L)

As the MB Ohana sails in to Šibenik, find a spot on the deck, as its waterfront, nestled beneath the impressive St. Michael fort, is a sight to capture. On arrival an optional walking tour* will introduce you to Šibenik’s Renaissance history and a view of the Cathedral of St. James a UNESCO World Heritage site.

*Walking tour of Šibenik – optional walking tour package **Optional excursion: Vis

      Overnight: Port of Sibenik

      Day 6 - Sibenik / Krka / Skradin / Trogir / Split (B, D)

When sailing along the Croatian coast, surpassing the beauty around you may seem like an impossible task. However, there are sites on the Croatian mainland which surely parallel it, such as the Krka River and its stunning estuary. A coach trip takes you to the small town of Skradin, the guardian of the mouth of River Krka, and the gateway to its National park. The place where wild waterfalls inspire serene lakes, the park is definitely worth a visit before heading back to the coast to visit Trogir, a petite island bridged to the mainland. A showcase of stunning architecture founded upon Greek and Roman heritage, Trogir has been protected by UNESCO, just like its larger neighbour and your next stop, the town of Split.

Explore on your own or join our optional* Split walking tour to learn about the Diocletian’s Palace, once the Roman Emperor’s retirement estate and today a lively city centre. Dinner will be served on board.

      Day 7 - Split / Pucisca (Brac) / Omis (B, L, D)

Wave goodbye to Split and sail to the neighbouring island of Brač, known for the production of ‘Croatian marble’. You’ve probably seen this ultra-quality limestone already, on the front of the White House in Washington DC and the Bundestag in Berlin. An optional tour* to the still operating stonemasonry school in Pučišća provides a chance to learn more about shaping this stone using traditional methods.

Continue to Omiš, a lovely harbour town located at the mouth of the Cetina River with a backdrop of dramatic cliffs. There is an opportunity to take a boat excursion along the Cetina River canyon in a small boat **
